Outsourcing is essentially a scaleable means of extending the IT department to meet ever changing technology needs.

Whilst technology is moving at such an alarming rate it is often difficult to stay ahead of the game both in terms of equipment and staff. Staff training and development is time consuming and costly and once trained, staff are prime targets for other companies with similar technical needs.

SICL outsourcing contracts are available for terms from one day a month to 24 hours a day 7 days a week. A designated Account Manager and Technical Account Manager will ensure a high quality of service throughout the contract term and constant point of contact for all queries and issues.
