SICL has invested in new Fluke XG Network Analysis Tablets to analyse and improve customer networks.
Having used Fluke analysers over many years SICL’s purchase of the latest platform follows testing of the new tablet and new features including: 10 Gbps, improved Air Magnet tools for wireless, plus application-centric analysis for a high-level view of application performance on the network.
Commenting on the new investment, Development Director, Ashley Woodman, said “the new devices have a detailed ‘Fast Discovery’ mode for instant visibility of what’s in the network and where it’s connected. This will enable our Engineers to isolate issues much faster and improve speed of resolution”.
For rapid response emergencies SICL can be on site within hours to diagnose root cause of network issues and either recommend or implement remedial and corrective measures. Network Analysis as a service can be ad-hoc, emergency response, contracted and/or cyclical.
