As one of just twenty companies in Europe, and one hundred and fifty worldwide, SICL was able to review and contribute to the beta programme pre-launch of the new release. David Jennings, SICL's Technical Manager and Voice Expert, attended the launch and will relay the information to SICL customers on the new features and benefits. David explains "Inclusion in the beta launch is recognition of the importance placed on Cisco UC by SICL and a reflection of the work we've undertaken with the solution including several pan-European deployments. For me it's great to work with the people developing and shaping the platform and I will be able to use this knowledge to better advise SICL customers on future voice strategy".
