Agencies

SICL operates a preferred supplier list for recruitment.  If, at a future review, you wish to be considered please submit your terms and proposal on letterhead by post (not email) to our registered address for the attention of the Managing Director, including:

  1. Written contract on letterhead including commercial rates based on a fee equating to a percentage of annual basic salary or less, invoiced on commencement of candidate and payment 30 days from date of invoice.  The percentage rate may determine your position in the preferred supplier list.  For the avoidance of doubt basic salary does not include car allowance, commissions, bonus or other benefits.
  2. Structured rebate scheme spanning the first 3 months of employment on a sliding scale affording SICL 100% rebate in the first two weeks through to at least a 10% rebate in the twelfth week.
  3. Non-solicitation clause, i.e. an undertaking to not approach any current SICL staff including, but not limited to, staff you place with us for the duration of the agreement and up to 3 years following expiry.
  4. Agreement to work with our methods of recruitment, i.e. only issuing CV’s following verbal discussion at pre-arranged dates/times and CV requests from an authorised and notified Manager/Director.  Please note that we cannot accept CV’s WITHOUT prior verbal agreement and request as our process requires us to complete assessment on each CV received into the company.  Any unsolicited CV’s received by post or email are deleted before opening.
  5. Undertaking to fully brief candidates prior to attending interview with job specification and instruction on document production (proof of national ID, technical transcripts/certificates, etc).

It is usual for us to set a written test to Technical candidates and a role play to Sales candidates.
